Who we are

KnowledgeC Parser is a free website and analysis tool operated by Cyber Experts. Contact: contact@knowledgecparser.com. By using the site you accept these terms.

The service

KnowledgeC Parser reads macOS and iOS knowledgeC.db databases and Biome streams in your browser and shows what they contain; it also publishes articles and a glossary. It needs no account and costs nothing. We may change, interrupt or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Results are not verdicts

Findings, sessions and timelines are aids for an analyst. They show when a device was unlocked and which apps were in focus; they do not identify the person using it. An empty result is not proof that nothing happened, and a finding is not proof of wrongdoing. Check important conclusions with other sources and your own expertise; decisions based on the results remain yours.

Your files, your responsibility

Only analyse data you are entitled to handle, for example on your own devices or within an engagement, employment or investigation that allows it. knowledgeC.db and Biome describe a person's daily activity: treat them as personal data under the rules that apply to you.

Acceptable use

• attack, overload or try to bypass the protections of the site, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others;
• use it to monitor people without a lawful basis;
• present its output as coming from Cyber Experts, or suggest that we endorse your work.

Content and intellectual property

Articles, glossary entries, text and design are © Cyber Experts, all rights reserved, unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link; republishing whole articles needs our permission.

Third-party components and research used by the tool remain under their own licences and are credited in the project's notices. The synthetic samples may be reused freely.

Apple, macOS, iOS, Safari and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. Tool names cited on this site belong to their owners. KnowledgeC Parser is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple or any tool vendor.

No warranty

KnowledgeC Parser is provided free of charge, as it is and as available, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or availability, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cyber Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, business or profit, or for decisions taken on the basis of the results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, nor the mandatory rights of consumers.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date, and applies from then on. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence or of their right to bring proceedings there.
